Ok, there might be those people who can't get dsl but there are some who are afraid to upgrade.
How true that is. I did work in a lawyers office once that had a severly out of date IE browser. When I asked why, he said he didn't want to risk causing a problem.
I think if people really use the net and have an option to upgrade they will, but it does depend on the country where you live. The U.S. seems so far behind alot of other places in offering high speed. And, it's also expensive compared to alot of other places.

That is truth justice and the American way at work. Basically they treat us with a slam bam thank you mam mentality.
I didn't understand that part but I dont think its that we are behind its just that it takes a minute for them to offer it to us. They have all of it before we even know it exists so while we are getting used to the new stuff they are working on the newer stuff.
