which database gives the best security? why do you think?

you should be fine with the security of all databases. i haven't heard of any horror stories for any. just make sure that you have your sign in set up correctly.

The security levels on practically all databases are the same, MySQL is the databse of choice due to its many syntax capabilites.

Yea the security is relatively the same on all databases. Should be fine with any. I personally use MySQL as it is the most user friendly from the ones i have tried.

MySQL is the best for data security. I always recommend it for others. Many of the standard secure database design principles apply to MySQL. Of course, it has many of its own intricacies that need to be understood and audited carefully before any database is fully implemented.
