Flashmint.com is running a contest for the best wordpress theme for its blog.

Requirements:

• 3 columns;
• fixed width (optimized to 1024×768 resolution) and widget support;
• coded;
• the colors and style of the theme should correspond to Flashmint design!

Prize:

• The winner will get $500 via Paypal.
• All other worthy designs will be showcased at Flashmint blog along with the links to their authors' websites or porfolios.

Part 2 - for bloggers:
Announce about Flashmint Contest at your blog.

Requirements:
Write a post about Flashmint contest and paste a code fragment in it. Get the code here - flashmint.com/contest.php.

Prize:

• Top three visitors' referers will get $300, $200 or $100 prize respectively.
• All other participants will get a FREE PR4 backlink.

Not to be mean or anything but the Part 1 your not really just asking for a designer you are asking for a coder as well and those are two different areas of which a designer usually can not do on his own. You may want to look into that.
