How do u make your business model before you start your freelance business ?
Do we need to contact a business lawyer in this case or can we make it ourself .

Any idea ?

Depends what sort of business you want to set up and if you are liable for tax or not.
General Freelancing fo home will not require any tax or law arrangements as far as I know, but getting a client in to sign a contract on the proposed plans is normally a good idea for both parties.
