Have u tried outsourcing small things like support and accounting and iffrent others things to other profesiional companies , i think outsourcing does really help ti lower your cost and save a lot of time

I think its great to outsource time consuming tasks such as content writing and link building to guys in India for example. They are willing to work for a fraction of the cost of what I would have to pay a European.

While Indian outsourcing works for large companies, it's a bit dicey for the small business owner. I was talking with a site developer the other day who outsourced customer service to India. He dealt with an American company who charges $2000 per person to train them, and then the training doesn't always work ...things like language ability, understanding the product, etc. He says if you get 6 out of 10 that you're lucky. That's a lot of money!
