The first one,
https://rncda.sslpowered.com/rncda.com/forum/index.php, has the colours green and gray together, which isn't all that attractive. Replace the green with gray or something.
The second one,
https://rncin.sslpowered.com/rncin.com/forum/index.php, has a good colour scheme. But the logo is a bit too blurry. I wouldn't know it if I've seen it a million times outside the forum. I like the font, but I don't think everyone would. Best to just stick to Arial and Times New Roman.
